Help Us With Our Telephone Surveys!

LBS Financial has partnered with Discovery Research Group, a provider of Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) systems starting in April 2009. On behalf of the Credit Union, Discovery Research Group will conduct phone surveys of our Members regarding a recent transaction performed at one of our branches or call center. These surveys will provide us with valuable feedback and will help us find out how we are serving you. It is important to all of us at LBS Financial to acquire immediate and relevant information about the service in our branches and call center so that we may offer you the best service possible.
